Full Installation

The above prices are inclusive of VAT.
This quotation is valid for 21 days from the date of presentation.

Any reference to “the client” refers to you as the client signing this document and the client named for the intended project.

If a Surrey Flange is required due to a pump or power shower being installed, the client should be aware that the existing hot water cylinder may spilt. If this scenario occurs, Blaines are not liable for replacing the cylinder, which would be an additional expense for the client.

If a home Delivery has been pre-booked, the client must ensure adequate storage space to receive the delivery. The 65% payment will be due the Friday before the delivery date.

Should the client need to amend the date of the home delivery, Blaines will need to be notified a minimum of three weeks before the pre-booked date. Failure to notify Blaines in sufficient time will result in additional storage and delivery charges, which the client will need to have paid before the delivery will take place.

If the client wishes to make any addition and/or changes to this quotation at the point of sale, any handwritten amendments will need to be signed and dated at the time of amendment.

If the client wishes to make any additions and/or changes, to this quotation after the quotation has been signed and the order has been placed, then these need to be completed in writing and full additional expenses settled before the implementation of these amendments happens.

For any supplementary products or work required for this project, that are not currently itemised on this quotation, Blaines will submit an additional quote for the supplementary project.

At the time of signing this quotation, the client is entering into a contract with Blaines. Payment will be required at the time of signing.

Signing this quotation shows that the client is aware of the following:

All deposits are non-refundable.

That the quotation has been fully accepted in its entirety and the client is happy for Blaines to continue with the project.

Payment is required as laid out in the dedicated payment structure.

A copy of the Presentation Pack – including the plan, quotes and images has been handed over.

It is the client’s responsibility to clarify with Blaines any queries over products and services being supplied.

Any alterations to this quotation must be initiated as confirmation by the customer.

Small Installations
Including Shower Swaps & Sink Changes & Worktop Changes

If a sink swap is required into the client’s pre-existing worktop, the client needs to be aware that whilst great care will be taken to remove the old sink, there is the risk of damage occurring to pre-existing worktops. If this scenario occurs, Blaines are not liable for the cost of replacing the worktop and this would be an additional expense for the client.

If a worktop change is required and the current wall coverings (for example, tiles) are not being changed, the client needs to be aware that whilst great care will be taken to remove the worktop, there is a risk of the current wall coverings becoming damaged, loose, or chipped. If this scenario occurs, Blaines are not liable for the cost of replacing the current wall covering and this would be an additional expense for the client.
